Harris Wins the 2023 NMMA Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards

Last month, Harris Pontoon Boat's long-standing reputation for high-quality products and exceptional customer service was honored again! The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) announced the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards, and Harris was a winner.

The award was announced on February 15th, 2024 during the Industry Breakfast at the Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show®. The award recognizes excellence in customer satisfaction, honoring boating manufacturers who actively track their customer satisfaction and put in consistent effort to serve their customers better.

The CSI Award is tied to direct, specific measurements, and recipients like Harris received an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or more in customer satisfaction over 2023.

As Robert Newsome, chief administrative officer and senior vice president of operations for NMMA explained, outstanding customer satisfaction begins with outstanding products: 

“Manufacturers who excel at creating exceptional boats and engines are critical to the success of the recreational boating industry. An outstanding ownership experience starts with excellent products, ultimately helping to create lifelong boaters.”

This is the 20th time that Harris has received the CSI Award, and we remain incredibly honored by the acknowledgement. We strive to continue improving our customer satisfaction in 2024 and beyond.
